I also recently co-authored a United States Supreme Court amicus brief on behalf of twenty-two Evidence professors, including the authors of the major Evidence and Scientific Evidence treatises, in the case of Diaz v. United States, concerning the interpretation of Federal Rule of Evidence 704(b).
